Here are some common questions and answers about Gold and Black:

1. Is the digital edition of Gold and Black Illustrated the same as GoldandBlack.com?

No. The editorial content and approach is different. Our goal is to make GoldandBlack.com the breaking news, real-time version with daily recruiting updates, news items, recruit videos, press conference coverage and more. We want Gold and Black Illustrated (and digital counterpart) to be the Sports Illustrated of Purdue athletics, with player features, analysis, columns, Q&As, historical stories and much more. Gold and Black Express provides our readers with timely up-to-the minute news delivered once a week instantly.

2. Do I need any special software or browsers to view the pages?

No. You only need to have JavaScript turned on. However, since all browsers come preconfigured with this setting on by default, simply make no changes and you will be ready to view Gold and Black Express. And the iPad app makes it even easier; just download for free, then wait for push notification of new editions.

3. Will the site work if I have a Mac computer or tablet?

Yes.

4. What do I do if I have a problem with the site?

Call us toll free at 800-876-4678 or e-mail us at GnBManager@aol.com. And you can always contact publisher Alan Karpick direct by phone at 765-237-5078 or e-mail at AKarpick@GoldandBlack.com.

5. Can I view Gold and Black Illustrated and Express on more than one computer?

Yes. However, you must remember to log out of the first computer in order to log in again on the second. If you fail to do so, you will be denied access. Your subscription entitles you to only one login. But you may log in from any computer and you must follow this procedure to do so.
