Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to providing the latest Boilermaker sports information as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped the next day after they are received Monday through Friday. Any order received on Friday will be shipped Monday. The exception is if we haven’t yet published the issue you are requesting. In this case, the issue will be shipped as soon as it is published.

Billing Policy

All credit cards will be charged the day after the order is received to ensure payment before the order is shipped. Indiana residents: Please remember that we are required by law to charge 7% sales tax. If you do not select the Indiana resident option, we will add sales tax to your order.

Return Policy

Refunds will be issued if the subscriber so chooses based on pro-rating the issues yet-to-be received. There are no refunds for issues that have already been mailed.
